USBasket Champions League Reaches Agreement with Lumpkin Center Arena

The USBasket Champions League is proud to announce that it has officially reached an agreement with Lumpkin Center Arena in Columbus, Georgia, to host the inaugural 2027 USBasket Champions League.

The international competition will take place July 10–14, 2027, bringing together elite professional clubs from the United States, Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean for one week of world-class basketball.

Columbus holds special significance for the event as it is the hometown of former NBA Coach of the Year Sam Mitchell, who has already agreed to lead KKB (Mexico) in the inaugural tournament. Mitchell's involvement adds championship experience and NBA leadership to one of the league's founding international clubs.

The partnership with Lumpkin Center Arena marks a major milestone in the growth of the USBasket Champions League, providing a first-class venue capable of showcasing international basketball at the highest level.
